In this project, Grúas y Equipos García has supported with the transfer and assembly of the transportation and assembly of AASHTO type III IV V YVI AASHTO type III IV V YVI, and Nebraska (NU) type beams up to 140 tons.
For this maneuver, the entire structure that makes up the Nebraska (NU) type girder launcher for the Tetitlán and Tetiteco bridge located within the route of the new highway to Puerto Vallarta, located between Nayarit and Jalisco, was assembled.
When it is not possible to use cranes, we usually resort to beam launchers, launching beams or self-launching falsework. We have used trailers, low boy and directional dolly for the assembly of the launcher and transfer of the beams .
The project, which began in 2011, is currently 50% complete and is expected to be completed in December 2017, to be inaugurated in the first quarter of 2018.
